Tammie L. Shultz, age 38, of Leckrone, Pa., died Friday, March 14, 2003 in Uniontown Hospital, Uniontown, Pa., as a result of a pedestrian-automobile accident on Route 21. She was born November 15, 1964 in Uniontown, Pa., daughter of Tony C. Shultz and Betty Louise Carey Shultz of Leckrone.

Tammie attended St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Leckrone, graduated from the former German Township High School, and was a Homemaker.

In addition to her parents she is survived by two daughters: Sheronda Shultz and Saleena Shultz-Crosby both of Leckrone, Pa.; a son, Michael Williams of McClellandtown, Pa.; a sister, Debbie Valdez of Arizona; a brother, Anthony Shultz and his wife, Lorraine, of Adah, Pa.; a sister, Pamela and her husband, Carl Friend, of Smithfield, Pa.; several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in the JOHN S. MAYKUTH JR. FUNERAL HOME, corner of Church at 7 River Avenue, Masontown, Pa., on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, March 18, until 11 a.m. when a Blessing Service and funeral prayers will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Fr. Donald Trexler officiating.

Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Leckrone.
