The engagement of Olga-Alexandria Arkhipova and Phillip Todd Gaujot has been announced. Alex is the daughter of Valeri Arkhipov and Luba Arkhipova, of Donetsk, Ukrain. She graduated in 1996, with honors, from the Donetsk Art College, with a degree in fine arts. Alex is employed in the Human Resources Department of Gabriel Brothers Corporate Offices.

Todd is the son of Phillip and Carol Gaujot, of Morgantown, W.Va. and the grandson of Sally Cooley and the late George Cooley of Smithfield. He graduated from the University of Colorado in 1992, with a degree in political science and is a 1997 graduate of John Marshall Law School. Todd works in the Legal Department at Mylan Pharmaceuticals.

A September wedding is planned.
