Robert Howard Jamison told police Saturday that someone, known to him, took his wallet and cell phone while he was on Gallatin Avenue. The man who stole the items is described as a black man in his 20 to 30s, 6 foot tall, average build, wearing a red and gray jacket and driving an older model small red vehicle.

A CVS employee at 25 Pittsburgh St. told city police Friday that a woman passed two bad prescriptions from a Smithfield doctor’s office.

Police said William B. Call, 22, of P.O. Box 692, New Salem, was charged with harassment after he allegedly drove his vehicle Friday toward Heather M. Moore and her 18-month-old baby while Moore was walking the baby in an alley near her Whiteman Avenue home.

Breakers stolen
State police said someone stole 13 industrial circuit breakers from Consol Coal Corp. on River Road between 11:30 a.m. March 10 and 10:30 a.m. March 11. Police said the breakers range from 400 to 1,000 amps and cost $45,500.

Man arrested
State police at Waynesburg said James Hopkins, 33, of Rivesville was arrested and jailed for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after police found him on Lantz Street, allegedly shouting obscene language while intoxicated, at 3:10 a.m. Sunday.

Woman arrested
State police at Waynesburg said Meredith Sertich, 21, of Carmichaels was arrested at the intersection of Route 88 and Route 21 for driving under the influence at 3:35 a.m. Monday.

Man to be cited
According to state police, a 43-year-old Waynesburg man will be cited after he allegedly struck Thomas Huff, 31, of Waynesburg in the face at 12:45 p.m. Saturday.

State police said Michael Milliken, 20, of Carmichaels was charged with disorderly contact after he allegedly called Greene County 911 from his 330 Nemacolin Way residence in order to scare his parents after an argument at 11:25 p.m. Saturday.

State police said Tracy Forsythe, 38, of Carmichaels and Brian Crile, 36, of Jefferson were arrested for disorderly conduct after a dispute in front of the All Star Express at 12:50 a.m. Saturday.

State police said Zachary Bennett, 24, of Dawson was cited for harassment after he allegedly grabbed Tara Fuller, 21, of Vanderbilt around the neck and choked her at 175 Liberty St. at 1:20 a.m. Thursday.
