Donald Dean Koslosky
Donald Dean “Duck” Koslosky, 71, of Ellsworth, Pa., retired Coal Miner from Beth Energy’s Mariana Coal Mine, United States Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict, and was born in Smock, Pa., died Wednesday, March 19, 2003 at 10:50 p.m. in Monongahela Valley Hospital Inc., Carroll Township, Washington County, Pa. He is survived by his mother, Molly B. Fuller Koslosky of Ellsworth, Pa.; daughter, Lori Koslosky McCauley and her husband, Mark McCauley, and a grandson, Mark McCauley, all of Willoughby, Ohio; sisters and brothers: Dorothy Koslosky Holan and also Carl Koslosky and his wife, Nancy, all of Ellsworth, Pa., Kenneth Koslosky and his wife, Patricia, of Ravenna, Ohio, Robert Koslosky and his wife, Louise, of Mantua, Ohio, Nancy Koslosky Cartino and her husband, Ralph Cartino, of Niles, Ohio, and Richard Koslosky and his wife, Ceclia, of Bentleyville, Pa.
The Family received Friends in the Greenlee Funeral Home, 619 Main Street, Bentleyville, Pa., on Friday from 2 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, March 22, until the Service at 11 a.m.
