Sara C. Morris Boyer
Sara C. Morris Boyer, 92, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away Friday, March 21, 2003 in Beverly HealthCare. She was born July 16, 1910 in North Union Township, Fayette County, Pa., daughter of Rush Morris and Sally Craig Morris.
She was Protestant by faith.
Sara graduated from the former North Union High School Class of 1929 and worked at G. C. Murphy as a Clerk before retiring.
Her husband, Carl Boyer, died in 1962. Also deceased are two brothers, Paul Morris and William Morris, four sisters, Ruth Rhodes, Jeanette Moxley, Emily Morris, Frances Morris, and her parents.
Sara is survived by a sister, Marian Elizabeth Baker of Culpepper, Virginia; nephews and nieces: Gerald Moxley, Mary Jane Vietor, Dolores Rhodes, Carolyn Minger and Lesley Beeler.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME INC., 80 Morgantown Street, Uniontown, Pa., where Services will be held on Monday, March 24, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Otis Beeler officiating.
Interment will follow in Spring Hill Union Cemetery, Point Marion, Pa.
