Elaine Kremer Hayden
Elaine Kremer Hayden, 81, of Smithfield, Pa, died Monday, March 24, 2003 in Uniontown Hospital.
She was born August 8, 1921 in Smithfield, Pa., daughter of Thompson S. Kremer and Jennie McKnight Kremer. Elaine was retired from Albert Gallatin School system where she worked as a Secretary for many years.
She was a member of Smithfield United Methodist Church.
She was predeceased by four sisters: Gwendolyn Beatty, Jeanne Blaney, Anna Jane Blosser and Mary Johnson, four brothers: Donald, Merle, Arthur and Gay Kremer, and parents. Elaine was the last remaining member of her family.
Surviving are her husband of 60 years, D. Paul Hayden; two children: David Bruce Hayden and his wife, Beverly, of Smithfield, Pa., and Scott Ray Hayden and his wife, Cordellia, of Houston, Texas; three grandchildren: Tyler Ray Hayden of West Point, New York, Amy E. Hayden of Ada, Ohio, and Ashley S. Hayden of Houston, Texas.
The Family will receive Friends in the GOLDSBORO-TOMI FUNERAL HOME, 21 East Church Street, Fairchance, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday, March 27, until 11 a.m., the hour of Service with the Rev. Maggie Foreman officiating.
Interment will follow in Mount Moriah Baptist Church Cemetery, Smithfield.
