On Tuesday, March 25, 2003 Florence (Holyfield) Griffith, in her 94th year, of Broughton-South Park Township, South Park, Pa., Beloved Mother of Jacqueline Schmitt of Baldwin Borough, Pa., Bill Griffith Sr. and his wife, Virginia, of Baldwin Borough, Donna Hallas of Elizabeth, Pa., Sylvia Tahaney and her husband, James, of Round Lake Beach, Illinois, Carolyn Clark and her husband, Fredrick, of Hadley, Pa., and LaVerne Reaghard and her husband, Edward, of West Mifflin, Pa.; also 14 Grandchildren and 15 Great grandchildren; Sister of Isabelle Gilleland of Uniontown, Pa., and late Harry Holyfield, Georgia Tarbox, Dorothy Moody, Ruthie Chernitsky, Frank “Buddy” Holyfield and Sylvia Frost. She was born November 29, 1909, in Uniontown, Pa., daughter of the now late Frank Thomas Holyfield and Edna Judith Harmon Holyfield.

Florence was the oldest living member of Jefferson United Presbyterian Church, Gill Hall, Jefferson Hills, Pa.

Friends will be received at the GRIFFITH MORTUARY INC., 5636 Brownsville Road, Broughton-Curry-South Park Township, South Park, PA 15129 today and Friday from 2 to 9 p.m.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, March 29, at 11 a.m. in Jefferson United Presbyterian Church, 716 Gill Hall Road, Jefferson Hills (EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH).
