33 people charged in police sweep
State police at Greensburg said 33 people, including two from Connellsville, were charged Wednesday with numerous charges of burglary, theft of property and drugs. Police said the arrests were made with the cooperation of the Connellsville and Mount Pleasant police departments. Police said 27 of those who have been charged were taken into custody and were arraigned before District Justice Roger Eckels. Assisting in the arrests were officers from the Westmoreland County Sheriff’s Department.
Arrested from Connellsville were:
? Summer Deanna Davis, 806 A North 9th Street, who was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia.
? Erica D. Nicklow, 228 S. Prospect St., Connellsville, who was charged with possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy.
Arrested from Mount Pleasant were:
? Carl Springer, 917 Vine St., who was charged with five counts of burglary, five counts of theft, five counts of receiving stolen property, seven counts of criminal conspiracy, two counts of possession with intent to deliver and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
? Jack Wiltsey, who was charged with three counts burglary, three counts of receiving stolen property, five counts of criminal conspiracy, four counts of theft by unlawful taking, possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance.
? Ronald Beckerleg, 137 High St., who was charged with burglary, four counts of receiving stolen property, two counts of theft, two counts of criminal mischief, three counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, five counts of possession with intent to deliver, five counts of possession of a controlled substance and three counts of criminal conspiracy.
? Justin Ludwig, 150 Low St., who was charged with burglary, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief, criminal conspiracy, three counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, three counts of possession with intent to deliver and three counts of possession of a controlled substance.
? Keith Hoak, who was charged with four counts of burglary, four counts of receiving stolen property, four counts of theft, four counts of criminal mischief and four counts of criminal conspiracy.
? Dustin Smetak, 673 N. Geary St., who was charged with receiving stolen property, firearms violation, two counts of possession with intent to deliver, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy.
? George Thomas, who was charged with burglary, theft, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief, criminal conspiracy.
? Glenda E. Kuhns, 164 Maple Hill Apts., who was charged with three counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, three counts of possession with intent to deliver, three counts of possession of a controlled substance, three counts of criminal conspiracy, sale of non-controlled substance, theft by deception and theft by unlawful taking.
? Jody Lynn Knight, 116 Maple Hill Apts., who was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use, paraphernalia, two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to deliver and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
? Joshua Lloyd Overly, 116 Maple Hill Apts., who was charged with three counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, three counts of possession of a controlled substance, three counts of possession with intent to deliver, two counts of criminal conspiracy, possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use and possession of paraphernalia.
? Thomas H. Beckerleg, 137 High St., who was charged with four counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, six counts of possession with intent to deliver, six counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of criminal conspiracy.
? Michael L. Beckerleg, 137 High St., who was charged with three counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, four counts of possession with intent to deliver, four counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of criminal conspiracy.
? Terri R. Thomas, 111 Braddock Rd, Ave., who was charged with possession with intent to deliver and possession of controlled substance.
? Joseph J. Povlik, 768 West Main St., who was charged with unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance.
? Scott K. Lazar, R.D.4 Box 846, who was charged with unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy.
? Walter A. Bennet, R.D.2 Box 621, who was charged with unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance.
? Tara Sue Biller, 148 N. Diamond St., who was charged with unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and criminal conspiracy.
? Nicholas Adam Pletcher, 251 Oak St., Mt. Pleasant, was charged with unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy.
Police also charged Jason P. Szolek of Acme, R.D.1, with two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to deliver and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
