Agnes Bukovac Nasta, age 82, of Republic, Pa., passed away Friday, March 28, 2003 in Monongahela Valley Care Center, Carroll Township, Washington County, Pa. She was born January 21, 1921 in Chestnut Ridge, Fayette County, Pa., daughter of Anthony Bukovac and Mary Cetinski Bukovac.

Agnes was a member of Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, Republic, and retired as a School Teacher from Brownsville Area School District after teaching for 45 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph L. Nasta (September 14, 2002), a sister, Mary Krnc, brothers, Anthony, Matthew and Andrew Bukovac, and her parents.

Surviving are a daughter, Mary Lee Stewart and her husband, Harley, of Brownsville, Pa.; brothers: Joseph Bukovac of North Olmsted, Ohio, and Steven Bukovac of Pittsburgh, Pa.; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in the ROBERT T. KISH FUNERAL HOME INC., Legion Street, Republic, Pa., today from 6 to 9 p.m. and Monday, March 31, until 10 a.m. at which time a Blessing Service will be held with Rev. Fr. Stephen Bugay officiating.

Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.
