Jill Wilson of 15 Brown St. told Brownsville police Monday at 2 p.m. that someone hit her house and her neighbor’s house with paintballs overnight.

Brownsville police assisted in looking for a suspect in an armed robbery at the Pizza Hut on Route 40 at 11:45 p.m. March 22. The suspect was described as a white man, 6 feet 1 inch tall, with a thin build. He was wearing a hooded sweatshirt.

Christopher Lee Savona, 14, of 9 Steele St., Brownsville, was treated at Brownsville General Hospital after he ran into the path of a vehicle driven by Stephanie Parker, 38, of 4 Ridge St., Brownsville, March 20 at 7:22 p.m., borough police reported.

Brownsville police cited Rose Grega of Mulligan Manor for harassment after she allegedly threatened to shoot Gary Romesburg and used profanity toward him. The incident was reported March 19 at 8 a.m.

Steve Adams, 52, of 100 High St., Apt. 405, was charged with criminal attempt aggravated assault, possessing an instrument of crime and public drunkenness for an incident March 15 at 6:50 p.m. at the Antique Grill, Brownsville police reported. According to police, Adams got into a confrontation with Harry King at the bar, then went across the street to his apartment and returned with a butcher knife. The knife was found outside the bar.

Joseph Tobias, of 127 High St. told Brownsville police March 15 that someone broke into his apartment and stole Oxycontin, a refrigeration vacuum pump, a dial-a-charge refrigeration unit, tools, a Sony PlayStation 2 and 10 PlayStation games

A green Kawasaki quad, valued at $4,900, was taken from Mike Martinco’s garage at 164 Jackson St. overnight March 12. Browns-ville police recovered the quad at 549 National Pike East the same day.

Kevin Olsen, 45, of 435 Grimes Road, Normalville, told police that someone stole a box of pipefittings, a circular saw and a pair of bibbed overalls from his vehicle between March 18 and 19.

State police said a burned truck belonging to Misty Parrill, 30, of Dickerson Run and reported stolen Wednesday was found Thursday on Gettamy Road.

Man charged
State police charged Curtis K. Matthews, 47, of Lemont Furnace with harassment March 26 after he allegedly grabbed Diana L. Monaco, 40, of Lemont Furnace around the neck and slammed her head against the interior window of his vehicle in a parking lot. Police said Monaco suffered no major injuries. The charges were filed at District Justice Deberah L. Kula’s office.

State police charged Kelly A. Allison-Daniels of Masontown with simple assault March 23 after she allegedly assaulted Deberah Marie Mikolajczk of Dilliner and broke an orbital socket in her face. Police filed the charges at District Justice Randy Abraham’s office.

City police arrested Manuel Sanabria, 26, of 79 S. Grant St., Uniontown, Thursday on a criminal attempt, criminal mischief and corruption of minors warrant and turned him over to the Rostraver Township Police Department.
According to police, Sanabria was arraigned and taken to the Westmoreland County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bond.

Police said harassment charges are pending against several people who fought early Friday morning at 145 Morgantown St. Police said they were called to the area for a fight in progress and found an injured man and several people standing on the street, yelling.

Man taken into custody
City police took Matthew Davis of Philadelphia into custody early Friday after learning he was wanted in Montgomery County on drug charges and filing false reports. Davis was transported to the Fayette County Prison, where Montgomery County officials picked him up.

The Fayette County SPCA took custody of a pit bull terrier Thursday after the dog knocked a woman down and bit her on the finger. The woman treated at Uniontown Hospital. Police said the dog will be observed for 10 days.

State police said an unknown driver struck a vehicle driven by Daniel C. Fordyce, 22, of Merrittstown along New Salem Road at 2 p.m. Friday and fled. Police said Fordyce and his passenger, Jamie Lynn Shubert, 20, of Republic, suffered minor injuries.

Gay L. Weimer, 47, of Uniontown told state police she saw someone driving a gray Dodge minivan hit her parked car outside a Route 21 bank Friday at 2:18 p.m. Anyone with information about the incident should call state police at 724-439-7111.

State police said John S. Romanchak, 23, of Fayette City and Brent M. Murphy, 23, of Grindstone were cited for public drunkenness after an incident at the cellular phone tower along Liberty Street Extension at 2:10 a.m. Saturday.
Police said a 17-year-old boy from Perryopolis was cited for underage drinking during the incident.

Woman charged
City police said Elizabeth Katherine Ebbert, 20, of Connellsville was charged with retail theft, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after she allegedly tried to remove several items from Burns Drug store March 27.
Police said that when officers tried to place her under arrest, Ebbert allegedly punched and kicked at them. She was arraigned before District Justice Deberah Kula and released on a $5,000 recognizance bond.

Two arrested
Greene County DUI Task Force arrested a Carmichaels man and a Waynesburg man for driving under the influence of alcohol during a roving patrol operation held throughout the county Friday. Charges will be filed before District Justice Lee Watson and Lou Dayich, respectively. Authorities also issued six traffic citations and one non-traffic citation during the patrol. Forty vehicles were stopped.

State police cited Dennis Martin, 45, of Lemont Furnace for criminal mischief after officers allegedly observed him damaging two vehicles owned by Arthur Shaner, 46, of Lemont Furnace around 8:30 a.m. Saturday.

State police said David Tolbert Jr., 33, of Uniontown and 63-year-old Anna Pirl of Normalville were injured in a two-vehicle crash around 5 p.m. March 21 on Route 51. Police said Pirl’s passenger, 24-year-old Desire Pirl, suffered minor injuries.

Two interior doors and 10 light bulbs were stolen from a vacant apartment, owned by the Fayette County Housing Authority, in Smithfield between Jan. 10 and March 27, state police said. Police observed damage to the entrance door.

Woman arrested
During a traffic stop Saturday, city police arrested 35-year-old Sharon Andrews around 1:30 p.m. after discovering she was wanted on an outstanding bench warrant for failing to appear in court for accidents involving a death out of Meadville.
City police also issued multiple citations against the driver of the vehicle, 43-year-old Henrietta Fitzgerald of 322 E. Main St., for driving under a suspended license and other violations.

City police served a warrant against 18-year-old James Edward Frazier of 12 Pershing Terrace and arrested him for theft by taking or disposition, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief/vandalism Saturday.
