Haluska-Marucci
Kristina Marucci and Jeffrey Haluska, both of Columbus, Ohio, were united in marriage. The Rev. David R. Clark officiated the service on Aug. 3 at Fort Burd United Presbyterian Church.
The bride’s parents are Negie Jr. and Elizabeth Marucci of Republic. The bridegroom’s parents are Stephen and Kathy Haluska of Lynn Road, Brownsville.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore an ivory satin two-piece sheath gown with Georgette fishtail skirt and bodice trimmed in crystal beading with pink and green accents. A crystal headpiece held a double tulle veil.
Elizabeth Swartz, cousin of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Devon Markish, Jillian frost, cousin of the bridegroom; Lori Buber, Jennifer Teeter, sister of the bridegroom. Junior bridesmaid was Alexa Rae Mapstone, cousin of the bride. Flower girl was Arielle Teeter, niece of the bridegroom.
Best man was William Teeter, brother-in-law of the bridegroom. Ushers were Max McCluskey, Juan Valenzuela, Rob Kudyba and Negie Marucci III, brother of the bride. Quintin Mapstone, cousin of the bride, was ring bearer.
The reception was held at the Historic Summit Inn Resort, Farmington.
The bride graduated in 1998 from Brownsville Area High School and in 2002 from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor of science degree in psychology. She is a process specialist at Huntington Bank.
The bridegroom is a 1997 graduate of Brownsville Area High School and a 2002 graduate from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor of science degree in computer science. He is a transmission control analyst with Bank One.
The couple honeymooned in Orlando, Fla., and Walt Disney World Resort. They reside on Legare Lane, Columbus, Ohio.
