GEIBEL HIGH SCHOOL will hold a treasure sale during National Pike Days, May 17 and 18, along Route 40, across from Lafayette Memorial Park, Grindstone. Anyone wishing to donate is asked to call the school at 628-5600, extension 218. Needed are electronics, toys, baskets, tools, kitchen items, jewelry, sporting goods, and others. LAUREL HIGHLANDS HIGH SCHOOL Band Booster Parents will meet at 7 p.m. today at the high school.
BROWNFIELD COMMUNITY CENTER, 291 Banning Road, Dawson, will hold a Mother’s Day buffet Sunday. Meals are $10 for adults and $3 for children age 12 and younger. Reservations may be made by calling 724-529-7626.

UNIONTOWN CHURCH OF CHRIST, 70 Roosevelt Drive, Uniontown, will hold clothing give-away from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday.
CATHOLIC WAR VETERANS POST 1669 and the American Legion Post 51 will hold a cash bash Saturday from 6 to 10 p.m. at the American Legion, North Gallatin Avenue, Uniontown. Food and refreshments will be served. The event is open to the public. For tickets, call 724-437-1669 or 724-438-9674.
ST. JOHN ALTAR SOCIETY of Perryopolis will receive communion at the 8:30 a.m. Mass on Sunday, Mother’s Day. Rosary will be recited at 7:45 a.m.
