Anna Marie Cimini Natale

Anna Marie Cimini Natale passed away suddenly on Wednesday evening, May 7, 2003. Plans were being made to celebrate her 90th birthday on Tuesday, May 13. She was born May 13, 1913 in Baggaley, Westmoreland County, Pa., daughter of Nazzareno Cimini and Linda Orsini Cimini.

Anna Natale was born and raised in Pennsylvania with two brothers, Rougie and Lundy, and four sisters, Josephine, Frances, Viola, and Louise.

She was a beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Sister!

Anna devoted her life to her family-raising her six children in Pennsylvania and moving to the Washington, D.C., area in 1969 after the death of her husband.

Her favorite pastimes were playing bingo, cards, and Yahtzee! with family and friends. She also enjoyed working word search puzzles, making homemade Italian pasta, and watching cooking shows on television.

Her beloved husband of 28 years, Vincent Natale, two sons, Carl and Michael, two grandchildren, Andrea Natale and Bobby Bester, and parents preceded her in death.

She is survived by two daughters: Vinge Bester of Fairfax, Virginia, and Bonnie Coniglio of Woodbridge, Virginia, and by her four sons: Ned Natale of Woodbridge, Virginia, Richard Natale of Dumfries, Virginia, Vincent Natale of Owings, Maryland, and Anthony Natale of Woodbridge, Virginia.

“Nana” is also survived by her 14 loving grandchildren: Ricky Coniglio, Lisa Coniglio, Debi Natale Everett, Gina Natale, Donna Bester, Maria Natale Beem, Deanna Natale Dutterer, Lori Natale, Vince Natale, Cindy Natale, Tony Natale, Nick Natale, Dana Myers and Paula Hunter.

She was “Big Nana” to 11 great grandchildren: D. J., Steven, Tony, Tori, Morgan, Chad, Dylan, Hunter, Mia, Logan, and Mikey.

Louise Natale Pravlik, her last surviving sibling, lives in Alexandria, Virginia.

Friends called at the MILLER FUNERAL HOME, 3200 Golansky Boulevard, Woodbridge, Virginia 22192 on Friday, May 9, from 6 to 9 p.m.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Saturday, May 10, at 12 Noon in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 12805 Valleywood Drive, Lake Ridge, Virginia 22192.

Interment will be back home in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Cardale, Fayette County, Pa., together with her husband, Vince, on Monday, May 12, at 11 a.m.
