1 min read

State Department of Transportation (PennDOT) officials Dave Whitlatch, district geotechnical engineer; Michael Guzanick, Washington County PennDOT sign foreman; and Martin Rapsack, assistant county maintenance manager of Washington County, inspect a landslide along Route 88 near Fredericktown that closed down the roadway Saturday night.
