ATVs, dirt bike stolen
Seven ATVs, one dirt bike, a number of helmets and the keys to the ATVs were stolen from C&K Cycle Sales on Route 51, state police in Belle Vernon said.
The theft was discovered Friday morning.
Police said the rear of the building was broken into. Police described the Make-E-Ton ATVs as two red and one blue model 40s, one red and one blue model 90, one blue model 50, one silver-and -black model 150.
The dirt bike was a white-and-blue 2001 United Motors Velo Cross VR 150H.

Man arrested
Jon Miller, 38, of 188 Lenox St. was charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct, harassment and criminal mischief following a domestic incident at his house at 10:15 p.m. Thursday, city police said.
He allegedly pulled Brenda Kelly to the ground by her hair, kicked her in the ribs and leg, dented the door and roof of her car and scratched the vehicle, police said. He was arraigned by District Justice Herb Mitchell Jr. and committed to the Fayette County Prison in lieu of a $25,000 percentage bond.

Juvenile injured
City police said a 10-year-old Uniontown girl suffered bruising and swelling around her left eye after an incident at the Sunoco gas station on Connellsville Street at 9:12 p.m. Thursday.
Police are investigating the incident.

Burglary investigated
A grandfather clock, a gray Hewlett-Packard computer and an orange-and-white Stihl OS24 trimmer with a slightly rusty three-pronged blade were stolen from William Zitney’s home on Zitney Road between 7:10 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. Thursday, state police said.
The thief entered through a front-porch window, police said.

Torch gauges, torch hoses, a Bosch grinder and a 5-gallon gas can were stolen from E-Z Welding in Hopwood between 7 a.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. Thursday, state police in Uniontown said.

Theft from vehicle
A CST/Berger transit, aluminum tailgate, binders and steel chains were stolen from a truck owned by Bert’s Pools of Scottdale, state police said. The incident occurred along Kingview Road between May 9-13.

Vehicle damaged
Someone spray-painted the windows, roof and tail lights and dented the hood of a vehicle owned by Mark Dean of Fayette City, state police said. The incident occurred at 144 Tony Row Road in Star Junction on May 9.
West Pike Run Twp.
Accident investigated
Karen Hunsicker, 26, of Bentleyville traveled off a state road and struck a utility pole May 12 at 9:55 a.m., state police said. She suffered a minor injury, but refused medical treatment, police said.
A 5-year-old passenger was not hurt. Bentleyville Volunteer Fire Department and Washington Ambulance and Chair service assisted police.

Four windows on a 1997 John Deere backhoe owned by SML Contracting of Maximo, Ohio, were broken along Heisterburg Road near Arensburg Road between noon Wednesday and noon Friday, state police said.

Woman cited
Edna May Thorpe of Uniontown was cited for harassment for allegedly repeatedly following Nancy Zooner of Uniontown and a male child and yelling at them, state police said. The incident occurred at 9 p.m. Wednesday on Shellie Street.

Jackie George of Belle Vernon struck a mailbox and a street sign along Banning Road May 11, state police said.

Theft investigated
A CD player and a speaker and amplifier were stolen from a car owned by George Chilzer Jr. of Allenport, state police said.
The incident occurred early Friday morning on the ramp from Route 40 to Route 88, state police said. A window on the car was broken.

Theft charges were filed against Scott Marshall Sines, 25, of Connellsville for allegedly stealing $80 from Thelma G. Cherry of Dry Hill Road at 2:52 a.m. Friday, state police said.

A harassment citation was filed against Marsden Balaska, 34, of Fayette City for allegedly pointing a slingshot at a 12-year-old boy as he was riding a skateboard on a sidewalk in an apartment complex on Lincoln Drive on May 4, state police said.

Someone shot a mirror and bed on a truck owned by Vaughn W. Howser of Smock on Morris Hollow Road between May 9-11, state police said. The incident is under investigation.

A purple Schwinn 10-speed bicycle was stolen from the front of Vickie Renee Tringes’ residence along Memorial Drive between May 11-13, state police said.

Rubber molding was damaged from around the window of a car owned by Kathleen Arlene Guerrieri of Searights at her home sometime before 10 a.m. Thursday, state police said.
