Paletta-Samara
Rochelle Paletta is engaged to wed Mark Joseph Samara in a ceremony set for Oct. 25 in Carmichaels. The bride-elect is the daughter of John Paletta of Carmichaels and the late Helen Paletta.
She is a graduate of Carmichaels Area High School, Pennsylvania State University and West Virginia University.
She is employed by the Sate College Borough Planning Commission in State College.
Her fiance’ is a graduate of Sun Valley High School and the Pennsylvania State University.
He is employed by the Department of Defense-Navy in Moorestown, N.J.
