Swihart-Glisan
Mr. and Mrs. Donald Swihart Sr. announce the engagement of their eldest granddaughter, Miranda A. Swihart, who resides with them in Lake Lynn, to Travis A. Glisan. Miranda is the daughter of Kimberly A. Swihart of Point Marion.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Manchester High School in Richmond, Va.
She is employed by PCA International LLC as a photographer at Wal-Mart in the Cherry Tree Plaza, Uniontown.
Her fiance’ is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Donnie Glisan of Markleysburg and Mr. and Mrs. Steve Patterson of Farmington.
He is a graduate of Uniontown High School. He is employed by Ravenscraft Masonry Co. of Ohiopyle as a mason.
A June 2004 wedding is planned.
