Marvin Lee Foster, age 16, of Uniontown, Pa., passed Saturday, May 24, 2003 in West Virginia University Hospital, Morgantown, West Virginia. He was born December 3, 1986 in Uniontown, Pa.

He was predeceased by his Father, Anthony Q. Dean, and his Grandparents, Arthur Jordan, Alberta “Sis” Harris and Carl C. Dean Sr.

He is survived by his Mother, Dorothy A. Jordan of Uniontown, Pa.; his Stepfather, Theodore H. Thomas Jr.; Maternal Grandmother, Lois Jordan; Brothers and Sisters: Robert Foster, Raymond Foster, Theodore H. Thomas III, Nicole Thomas, Natasha Love, Baylynn Dean, Kisha Dean, Precious Dean, Jade Dean, Ebony Dean, and Anthony Dean; his Girlfriend, Jamalica Taylor; Special Friends, Robert Foster and Betty Jean Foster; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, other relatives and friends.

Friends will be received in the MURIEL E. LANTZ FUNERAL HOME, 297 East Main Street, Uniontown, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m., where Funeral Services will be held Thursday, May 29, at noon, with the Rev. Leonard Tucker officiating.

Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Brownsville, Pa.
