Leola Haigh Ardabell
Leola R. Haigh Ardabell, age 81, of Uniontown, Pa., died Saturday, November 1, 2003 in South Fayette Nursing Home, Markleysburg, Pa. She was born November 18, 1921 in Rowes Run, Pa., to Sam Haigh and Kathryn Murphy Haigh.
Leola graduated from the former German Township High School, McClellandtown, Pa.
Her husband, Carmen R. Ardabell, two brothers, Sam Haigh Jr. and Ben Haigh, and parents preceded her in death.
She is survived by three daughters: Leola McGee of Hopwood, Pa., Colleen Hungerford of Allison One, Pa., and Rose Fullem of Fairchance, Pa.; 11 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; one sister, Kathy Palo of Collier, Pa.; and two brothers: Thomas Haigh of Philadelphia, Pa., and John Haigh of Clinton, Maryland.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME INC., 80 Morgantown Street, Uniontown, Pa.
The Family will receive Friends in the Funeral Home today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Tuesday, November 4, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. The Blessing Service will start at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Fr. William J. Kiel officiating.
Interment will follow in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Uniontown.
