Ruth W. Jenkins Hillman, 73, of Uniontown, Pa., died Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2003, at home. She was born March 4, 1930, in Gassaway, W.Va., daughter of the late William E. Brown and Beulah Jenkins Brown.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Ronald J. Hillman; and four sisters, Ulaha Boggs, Ortha Hensley, Polly Tolley and Jauanita Frame.

Surviving are her son, Delmar Jenkins of New London, Ohio; two daughters, Sandra Golden of Warrenton, Va., and Sheila Ringer of Uniontown, Pa.; three grandchildren, Brian Golden and Christopher Golden of Warrenton, Va., and David Jenkins of Canton, Ohio; and one brother, Bernard Jenkins of Gassaway, W.Va.

It was her request to have no public visitation and her body to be donated to the Human Gifts Registry of the West Virginia University. Arrangements are under the direction of the DEAN C. WHITMARSH FUNERAL HOME, 134 West Church St., Fairchance, Pa.
