Charlotte Darlene (Krzysiak) Opachko, 55, of Uniontown, Pa., died Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2003, in Uniontown Hospital, with her loving family by her side. Charlotte was born June 4, 1948, in Uniontown, Pa., a daughter of the late Walter F. Krzysiak and Lorraine (Brundage) Krzysiak of Uniontown, Pa.

In addition to her father, her husband, Daniel F. Opachko preceded her in death in October of 2001.

Charlotte was a member of St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church, and was a caregiver with Policzs Personal Care Home of Uniontown, Pa. Charlotte was best known as a devoted wife and loving mother.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her loving children, Daniel M. Opachko of Wilkes-Barre, Pa., Edward A. Opachko of Uniontown, Pa.; and Angela M. Opachko of Uniontown; one grandson, Garrett Michael Opachko of Wilkes-Barre, Pa.; a brother, Joseph Krzysiak and wife, Diane of East Windsor, N.J.; a sister, Christina Glista and husband, John of Cranberry Township, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in the STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME INC., at Sylvan Heights Cemetery, A Dignity Memorial Provider, 603 North Gallatin Ave., Ext., Uniontown, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and Saturday until 11:30 a.m., when a Panachida Service, followed by a Divine Liturgy, will be held at noon in St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church, with the Rev. Fr. Thomas J. Wesdock as celebrant. Interment will follow in St. John the Baptist Byzantine Cemetery. St. Joseph Christian Mothers will recite the Rosary this evening at 7 p.m.
