Tyler James Berkey passed from the arms of his loving earthly parents into the arms of his loving Heavenly Father on Wednesday, November 5, 2003 from Children’s Hospital.

In his brief four months of life Tyler blessed the lives of his parents, Jim and Colleen Berkey, and all who loved him!

He is also survived by his maternal grandparents, Bob and Carole Morris of Uniontown, Pa., and paternal grandparents, Bob and Janet Berkey of Gettysburg, Pa., as well as Great Grandma Berkey and Great Grandma Smith, Uncle Ryan, Uncle Ty, Aunt Holly, and cousin Ethan, all of Pennsylvania.

A celebration of Tyler’s life was held at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 8, in the Upper Chapel of Reynoldsburg United Methodist Church, 1636 Graham Road, Reynoldsburg, Ohio, with the Rev. Dr. H. Douglas Shriner officiating.

Tyler was laid to rest in Evergreen Cemetery, Gettysburg, Pa.
