Sophia Roskevitch of Republic celebrated her 91st birthday on Oct. 16. Roskevitch was born Oct. 16, 1912. She has one son, Charles Carrick, and two daughters, Sylvia Fedor and Barbara Bukovitch. She has many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

A party was held in the home of her husband, Steve Roskevitch.
