Margaret Steele McClure
Margaret Steele McClure, 86, of Daphne, Ala., formerly of Uniontown, Pa., died Saturday, November 15, 2003, in Alabama. She was predeceased by her parents, John R. and Sarah (Foster) Steele, an infant sister and her daughter, Miralynn S. McClure.
She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Ned. L. McClure, of Daphne, Alabama; son, J. Cameron and wife, Marlene McClure, of Washington, Pa.; granddaughters Holly and Betsy Peters of Las Vegas, Nevada; and grandsons J. Cameron and Jeffery McClure of Dubois, Pa. Special thanks to her neighbors and the manager at Loma Alta Towers and her friends of many years from Uniontown.
She was always known as Uniontown’s greatest hostess and was involved in many civic and charitable endeavors.
