Ruth J. (Tully) Rankin, age 54, of Uniontown, Pa. died Tuesday, November 18, 2003, in Montefiore Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pa. She is survived by her husband, Ronald L. Rankin; three children: Jerry (Nooner) Walters and wife Rita of Brownsville, Pa., Billy Walters and fianc?e Bridgett of Brownsville, Pa., and Jeffrey Walters and wife Lori of Brownsville, Pa.; three step-children: Donnie Walters of Royal, Pa., Rhonda Rankin of Uniontown, Pa., and Ranee Kolosky of Uniontown, Pa.; eight grandchildren: Jerry, Amanda, Derek and Kari Walters, Mike and Jessica Kolosky, Bryon Kolosky and James Bryte; a sister, Nancy Koffler, and husband Paul of West Leisenring, Pa.; a brother, Amnie (Buddy) Lawver, and fianc?e Cathy of East Millsboro, Pa.; a brother-in-law, Robert Hersh; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Friends will be received in the Skirpan Funeral Home, 680 Cherry Tree Lane, Uniontown, Pa., today from 6 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m., where a funeral service will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Leslie Fuller officiating. Interment will take place in Lafayette Memorial Park.
