Mabel Mae Dearth Honsaker
Mabel Mae Dearth Honsaker, 83, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away Thursday, October 16, 2003 in Fahrney-Keedy Memorial Nursing Home, Boonsboro, Maryland. She was born July 6, 1920 in Uniontown, Pa., daughter of Randolph Dearth and Susan Christopher Dearth.
Mabel was a member of Third Presbyterian Church in Uniontown.
Her husband, Ray F. Honsaker, two stepsons and a stepdaughter, Gerald Honsaker, Paul Honsaker and Betty Jean Swartzelder, three sisters, two brothers and parents preceded her in death.
She is survived by three daughters and a son: Linda “Jill” Smiley and her husband, Tom, of Uniontown, Pa., Sharon Perrine and her husband, Basil, of Manassas, Virginia, Ray “Butch” Honsaker and his wife, Patricia, of Uniontown and Shelley Kessler and her husband, Henry “Buckey”, of Hagerstown, Maryland; a stepdaughter, Gladys Donaldson of Warren, Ohio; 17 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Friends will be received in the DEARTH FUNERAL HOME, 35 South Mill Street, New Salem, Pa., today from 1 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday, October 20, until 1:30 p.m., the hour of Service with Rev. William D. Rodahaver officiating.
Interment will follow in Mountain View Memorial Park, Hopwood, Pa.
