POINT MARION CHRISTIAN CHURCH Ladies Class will hold its annual pumpkin roll and candy sale on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the church building at 432 Morgantown St., Point Marion. Pumpkin rolls are $7 each, 1/4 pound bags of peanut butter or chocolate fudge are $1 each, and one-pound bags of hardtack candy are $3 each. PRIVATE AND/OR COMMERCIAL APPLICATOR’S Pesticide Test will be administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture on Nov. 12 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Fayette County Fairgrounds, located along Route 119 between Uniontown and Connellsville. This test is available for all people who need a private or commercial applicator’s pesticide license. Anyone desiring to take the test must pre-register with the Fayette County Extension Office in Uniontown by Nov. 7. Please phone 724-438-0111. The public is invited to participate in the Pesticide Test.
