Roberta Lee (Grove) Franklin, 67, of Hagerstown, Md., passed away on Sunday, Sept. 28, 2003, in Washington County Hospital. She graduated from Ashland High School in Ashland, Ohio, and worked for the U.S. Census Bureau as a phone auditor.

She is survived by four sons, Paul Douglas Franklin of Falling Waters, W.Va., Daniel Wade Franklin of Falling Waters, W.Va., Jeffrey Lynn Franklin of Hagerstown, and James Ryan Franklin of Hagerstown; two sisters, Vivian “Jean” Dehart of Chambersburg, and Ella Catherine Robinson of Hagerstown; 11 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received in the KINGDOM HALL, 30 Nottingham Rd., Hagerstown, Md., on Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2003, from 6 to 7 p.m., the hour of a memorial service.
