William P. Rugg, 57, of South Connellsville, Pa., died Wednesday, April 21, 2004, in Veterans Affairs medical Center, Aspinwall Division, Pittsburgh, Pa.

He is survived by his mother, Louise Scarlet Rugg of Somerset, Pa.; children: William D. Rugg of Meyersdale, Pa., Mrs. John (Tina M.) Lohr of Hooversville, Pa., and Mrs. Michael (Michelle) Sullivan of New Hampshire; five grandchildren; brothers: Earl Johnson of Connellsville, Pa., and Eugene Shipley of Dickerson Run, Pa.; sisters: Mrs. Tom (Patty) Cocho of Maryland, Shirley Alexander and Cindy Shipley both of Tennessee, and Cheryl Larson of Greensburg, Pa.

Arrangements were under direction of the Vito C. Martucci Funeral Home, 123 South First Street, West Side, Connellsville, Pa.
