Four-vehicle collision State police reported a four-vehicle, chain-reaction collision involving vehicles driven by Charles D. Rugg, 53, Mark Banko, 33, David J. Kozar, 46, and Russell Raymond Miller, 42, occurred at 3:50 p.m. Thursday along Route 119, near Buttermore Boulevard.

Banko, the only person injured, was treated at Highlands Hospital, police said, and all motorists were wearing seatbelts.

Masontown police cited a 15-year-old boy Wednesday for disorderly conduct after he allegedly started a fight with Melvin Murphy, 19, of Masontown. Murphy treated at Uniontown Hospital.

Man arrested

State police charged Larry McCargo, 52, of Uniontown with possession with intent to deliver cocaine as a result of a traffic stop along Route 119 at Eberly Way at 1:20 a.m. March 26. Police said McCargo was in possession of 6 grams of crack cocaine.

Charles Brant Jr. of Brant Farm told police someone drove ATVs through his hay field Sunday night, damaging crops. State police said they will patrol the general area of the Brant Farm and will strictly enforce the posted no trespassing signs and issue violations for operating ATVs on the roadway.

Police said Sonneborn had visible swelling and redness around her neck but refused medical treatment.

Police have filed driving-under-the-influence charges against Michael M. Meyok-ovich, 28, of 68 Easy St., Uniontown, after he allegedly failed to stop at the intersection of Connellsville and Woodvale streets on Feb. 28.

Police have filed charges against the following individuals in unrelated incidents:

– Michaelene Koontz, 24 of 132 Gibson Terrace and Connie Koontz, 18, of 137 Gibson Terrace with harassment after they allegedly harassed an unidentified Connellsville woman and threw a flower pot onto her porch April 19.

– Sandra Pealer, 38, of 25 Gibson Terrace with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after she allegedly filed a false report with Fayette County 911 and then was allegedly found intoxicated along South Arch Street on April 19.

– Cody Martin Shelkey, 21, of 405 E. Fayette St. with public drunkenness after he was allegedly found intoxicated April 19 along South Pittsburgh Street.

Vincent Fordyce, 34, of 112 E. Main St. was arraigned before District Justice Mark Blair on charges of disorderly conduct and harassment after he allegedly spit in the face of Chalk Hill-Ohiopyle Road resident Judith Means while inside the parking garage on East Church Street around 7:30 a.m. Friday, city police said.

Man not injured

State police said Larry A. Fisher of Perryopolis was not injured when he attempted to turn right from South Liberty Street onto Columbia Street but traveled onto the berm and got stuck on a small retaining wall at 1:25 a.m. Friday. The accident is under investigation.

A person known to National City Bank and the state police cashed checks at various National City banks in Fayette County from Jan. 26 to March 4, knowing no funds were present in the checking accounts, police said.

Hit-and-run probed

City police said a hit-and-run driver struck a parked car owned by James T. Smith of Lincoln Street at 5:48 p.m. Wednesday at the corner of Cleveland Avenue and Hortense Street, and caused severe damage.

The suspect vehicle is a brown or tan Ford sedan with front-end damage.
