Republican candidate William R. Earnesty will face Democratic state Rep. James Shaner, D-Dunbar, in the fall general election in the 52nd legislative district. Earnesty was incorrectly identified as William H. Earnesty in a story that appeared Wedne sday. The Herald-Standard apologizes for the error.
