Heleane B. Brown Sims, 35, of Los Angeles, Calif., passed Thursday, Nov. 25, 2004. She was born March 8, 1968, in California, daughter of Drucilla Hardy and Jerry Brown of Los Angeles, Calif.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Rodney Sims; one daughter, Savannah Sims; her stepmother, Ann Brown; and the following brothers and sisters: Robert Baker of Georgia, David Baker of Virginia, Cynthia Ward of California, Randy Tucker and Ronald Tuck, both of Saint Louis, Mo., Renee Taylor of Washington, Linda Findley, Dorothy Lowery, Brandon Brown, Timothy Brown and Jerry Brown II, all of California; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Friends will be received in the MURIEL E. LANTZ FUNERAL HOME, 297 East Main Street, Uniontown, Pa., Sunday, Dec. 5, 2004, from 5 to 9 p.m., where services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Mount Auburn Cemetery, Dunbar, Pa.
