Robbery reported State police said a white man in his early 20s robbed the Subway restaurant along Memorial Boulevard on Sunday around 8:15 p.m. The man asked a 16-year-old clerk for change and then reportedly grabbed her wrist while holding a knife in his other hand, police said. He fled the store with an undetermined amount of money, police said.

The man is 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-10, medium build with no facial hair and round glasses, police said. Anyone with information is asked to call the barracks at 724-439-7111 or Crimestoppers.

Man charged

State police charged Charles Clark, 19, of Republic with criminal mischief after he allegedly damaged a window screen of April Dawn Garletts’ Lemont Furnace home on Saturday.

Damage reported

State police said a headstone in Jacobs Lutheran Church Cemetery was damaged on Oct. 31 between 1 and 10:45 p.m.

Man cited

State police cited William Glover, 19, of Uniontown for retail theft after he allegedly stole a pair of Timberland boots from Gabriel Brother’s Inc. on Sunday afternoon.

Barbara Wooster, 49, of Uniontown told state police that someone threw eggs on her car for the second time in two weeks on Sunday.

Man cited

Robert James Savage III of Brownsville was cited for disorderly conduct after he allegedly caused a disturbance at 101 Village of Searights on Sunday morning, state police said.

North Union Twp.

Accident reported

State police said there were no injuries in a two-vehicle accident along the southbound ramp of Route 119 on Nov. 22. The driver of a Dodge Intrepid was listed as Mark Dennis Benkiel, 40. The driver of a GMC Jimmy was listed as 32-year-old Edward Andrew Kolencik, and Susan Lynn Kolencik was listed as a passenger in the vehicle.

Decorations taken

Several Brownsville residents have told police that their Christmas lawn ornaments have been taken.

Two white males in a small red truck were seen leaving the area of one of the thefts and a partial license number was obtained. Police are continuing their investigations into the incidents.

Angela Ryan of 709 Howard St. told police Thursday at 8:40 p.m. that someone took two reindeer from her yard.

Jim Harvey of 409 High St. told police Thursday at 10 p.m. that someone took a twinkle snowman and a reindeer from his yard.

Jody Greenwood of 612 Howard St. told police on Friday at 5:20 p.m. that someone took a 3-foot-tall snowman from his yard.

Assault with a weapon

Brownsville police, at the request of the Brownsville School Police, are investigating an incident at a school bus stop that occurred around 7 a.m. on Dec. 1.

According to police, a 16-year-old male allegedly struck an 18-year-old male in the face with brass knuckles, causing a broken nose and several facial fractures.

The incident took place at the corner of Fifth Avenue and Spring Street.

Burglary

Someone removed about $800 in lottery tickets and three or four 30-packs of Busch beer from J&D Distributing. The incident was reported Thursday at 10:51 a.m. A window at the business had been broken. According to police, the burglar alarm had gone off at 10:36 the night before, but it was believed to be a false alarm.

Brownsville

Impaired driving

Wayne Edward Davison Jr., 27, of 544 Hibbs St., Browns-ville, was cited for general impairment making him incapable of safe driving, disorderly conduct, failing to obey a stop sign, failing to drive at a safe speed and failure to maintain financial responsibility following a traffic stop on Water Street at 2:44 a.m. Monday.

Police stopped Davison after he allegedly ran a stop sign at Arch and Water streets. According to police, Davison exhibited signs of intoxication and failed several field sobriety tests.
