Uniontown City Councilman Robert Cerjanec said Tuesday that the city is proposing to raise customers’ sewage service fees by $10 per month. The new rate would be $28 a month. He was incorrectly quoted in Wednesday’s paper. The Herald-Standard apolog izes for the error.
