Cavrak-Gorby
Thomas and Bridget Cavrak of Braznell Road, Grindstone, announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristine, to Jason Gorby of Cokeburg. The bride-to-be is a 1994 graduate of Frazier High School and a 1998 graduate of St. Vincent College with a bachelor of arts degree in psychology.
She also earned a master of education degree in special education in 2003 from California University of Pennsylvania. She is an elementary special education teacher with the Canon McMillan School District.
Her fiance is the son of James and Mary Gorby of Cokeburg.
He is a 1993 graduate of Bentworth High School and a 1997 graduate of Waynesburg College. He is resource coordinator with Washington Communities Inc.
A wedding for Oct. 1 is planned.
