Samuel D. Lewis
Samuel D. Lewis, age 52, of Allentown, Pa., and formerly of Uniontown, Pa., passed Thursday, December 9, 2004, in Lehigh Valley Hospital. He was born October 1, 1952, in Uniontown, Pa., son of the now late David H. Lewis and Mary S. Saunders Lewis.
Surviving are his wife, Carla J. Fitzgerald Lewis; three children: Samuel Lewis Jr., Michael L. Lewis and Kristopher Lewis all of Allentown, Pa.; six sisters: Lorraine McClung, Pittsburgh, Pa., Mary J. Tracy, Newark, New Jersey, Elizabeth Mickens, Fairchance, Pa., Christine Truly, Gladys Lewis and Mildred Hurdle all of Uniontown, Pa.; Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Friends will be received in the MURIEL E. LANTZ FUNERAL HOME, 297 East Main Street, Uniontown, Pa., on Monday, December 13, from 10 a.m. until 12 Noon, the hour of Service.
Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery, Fairchance, Pa.
