Robert S. Fabery
Robert S. Fabery, age 76, of Carmichaels, Pa., who was born in Buffington, Pa., World War II United States Army Veteran and retired from LTV Steel Corporation’s Nemacolin Mine, died Saturday, December 11, 2004, at 2:40 a.m. in Monongalia General Hospital, Morgantown, West Virginia.
On February 14, 2003, he married Helen M. Kerns Wells, who survives. Also surviving are five children: Robert L. Fabery of Carmichaels, Sterling Stiavetti of San Francisco, California, Donald S. Fabery and his wife, Linda, of Nemacolin, Pa., Marilyn DeMott and her husband, Robert, of Oak Ridge, New Jersey, and Cindy Cooney and her husband, Robert, of Bloomingdale, New Jersey; nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren; nine step grandchildren; six step-great grandchildren; stepchildren: Michael H. Ciezobka of Pasadena, Maryland, Anthony J. Ciezobka of St. Petersburg, Florida, Charles Carpenter and his wife, Anne, of Woodbine, Maryland, and Sandra Tharp of Waynesburg, Pa.; a brother, Joseph Fabery of Raytown, Missouri; sisters: Helen Fabery Vavrinec and her husband, Frank, of Ramsey, New Jersey, and Dorothy Fabery Cunningham of Waynesburg, Pa.; nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Martin J. Yoskovich, Funeral Director, 300 South Vine Street (Route 88), Carmichaels, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, December 14, until 11 a.m.
