ARD program

The following people were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program between Nov. 18 and Dec. 3 in Fayette County Court. The program is generally for first-time, non-violent offenders. It offers them an opportunity to serve a term of probation, in exchange for having their court record expunged. Those on the program for driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) generally have to participate in the county’s alcohol safe driving school and can be required to forfeit their license for a period of time.Edward Lee Gasparatz, 38, of Hopwood was admitted to ARD for six months for false statements.

Shawndel Samoda-Muro, 31, of Belle Vernon was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

Mark P. Stroup Jr., 19, of Brownsville was admitted to ARD for six months for possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Jeffrey Thomas Hayden, 30, of Ohiopyle was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.

Robert E. Hazelbaker, 37, of Charleroi was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.

James Jacob Patton, 42, of Masontown was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

Clara L. D’Auria, 37, of Connellsville was admitted to ARD for 12 months for accidents involving damage to attended vehicles or property.

Jeneane Marie Ayers, 19, of Uniontown was admitted to ARD for six months for theft by deception and was ordered to make $150 in restitution to Fayette Institute of Commerce and Technology.

Jarad Clark, 23, of Leckrone was admitted to ARD for 12 months for possession of marijuana.

Michelle Jordan, 33, of Connellsville was admitted to ARD for 12 months for endangering the welfare of children.

Michael Angelo Nalbone Jr., 21, of Fairchance was admitted to ARD for 24 months for criminal mischief and was ordered to make $14,327 in restitution to Mark A. Goodwin.

Michele Leigh Newcomer, 15, of Uniontown was admitted to ARD for 18 months for conspiracy to commit theft by deception and was ordered to make $900 in restitution to Fredrick Botti.

Ricki Ann Brooks, 40, of Monessen was admitted to ARD for 12 months for false statements.

Joshua Elden Cross, 31, of Charleroi was admitted to ARD for 12 months for simple assault.

Richard James Endsley Jr., 33, of Brier Hill was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

Nancy Don Ray, 33, of Smithfield was admitted to ARD for 12 months for theft of services.

Sheryl Ann Settle, 38, of Scottdale was admitted to ARD for six months for simple assault.

Roger E. Nicolo, 28, of Scottdale was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.

Clair Edward McFadden Jr., 63, of Connellsville was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

Robert Lee Young, 20, of Dilliner was admitted to ARD for 24 months for theft by unlawful taking.

John B. McMahon, 20, of Ronco was admitted to ARD for six months for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Heidi Marie Brown, 31, of Grindstone was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.

Tabitha Marie Lovall, 23, of Uniontown was admitted to ARD for 12 months for retail theft.

Tiana R. Thornton, 24, of Uniontown was admitted to ARD for 24 months for DUI.

Viola Bair, 43, of Point Marion was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

Robert Eugene Acey, 22, of Connellsville was admitted to ARD for six months for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael Louis Stolitca, 48, of Connellsville was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.

Jan Stephen Perkins, 42, of Greensburg was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.

Robert Alan Messick, 36, of Point Marion was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

Jeffrey Charles McGurgan, 43, of Uniontown was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

Danny Thomas Lynch, 28, of Brownsville was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.

Chad Clark, 19, of Melcroft was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

Brock D. Riter, 25, of Connellsville was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.

William S. Williams, 30, of Yonkers, N.Y., was admitted to ARD for 12 months for possession of marijuana.

Stan D. Wolfe, 27, of Mill Run was admitted to ARD for six months for simple assault.

Kathryn E. Stump, 36, of Uniontown was admitted to ARD for six months for possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Robert James Savage III, 24, of Brownsville was admitted to ARD for six months for possession of drugs.

Robyn Marie Qualk, 22, of Brownsville was admitted to ARD for 12 months for unlawful use of a computer and was ordered to make $114.75 in restitution to Barbara J. Reider.

Marsha Murphy, 26, of Connellsville was admitted to ARD for 24 months for forgery and was ordered to make $262.53 in restitution to Scottdale Bank and Trust Co.

Stephen J. Majoros, 46, of Brownsville was admitted to ARD for 24 months for providing false information of firearm ownership.

Kelly Knopsnider, 27, of Uniontown was admitted to ARD for 24 months for fraudulently obtaining food stamps or assistance and was ordered to make $4,116 in restitution to the Office of Attorney General.

William H. Strickler III, 56, of Dunbar was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.

John Joseph Mitchell, 40, of Uniontown was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.
