Thomas E. Barton Sr., 69, of Alicia, Pa., died Monday, Dec. 13, 2004, in Greene County Memorial Hospital, Waynesburg, Pa. He is survived by his father, David O. McCorkle; his wife, Helen Glendenning Barton, who he married on Jan. 1, 1965; four children, Diane Price and husband, Gary Michael Sr., of Alicia, Pa., Brenda Sokol and husband, James Jr., of Nemacolin, Pa., Thomas Jr., and wife, Kimberly of Alicia, Pa., and Tina Cumpston and husband, Daniel of Greensboro, Pa.; eight grandchildren; nine brothers and sisters, Geraldine Bowden, David Barton, Allan, Mike, Robert, Bridget, Debra, Curtis and Brian McCorkle; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in the Paul M. Lesako Funeral Home Inc., Carmichaels, Pa., today from 7 to 9 p.m., Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and on Friday from 10 until 11 a.m., the hour of service.
