Anna P. Szewczyk, 78, of Uniontown, Pa., died Thursday, Dec. 16, 2004, at home. She was born November 19, 1926, in Uniontown, Pa., a daughter of the late Roy and Anna (Welch) Kelley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joseph W. Szewczyk; two sisters, Jean Crawford and Elsie Weimer; and two brothers, Donald and Charles Kelley.

Anna worked as an inspector for Anchor Hocking.

She is survived by a brother, Albert Kelley of Beaver Falls, Pa.; a sister, Genevieve Moore of Salt Lake City, Utah; two nieces, Janice Weimer of Greentree, Pa. and Gloria Moore of Tennessee; a nephew, Dan Weimer of Uniontown, Pa, with whom she made her home; and her caretaker and dear friend, Mary Ledbetter.

Friends will be received in the STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME, INC., a Dignity Memorial Provider, 603 North Gallatin Avenue, Ext., Uniontown, Pa., Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m., Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday, Dec. 20, 2004, until 11 a.m., when a service will be held in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Don Immel of Faith Assembly of God officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Uniontown.
