A certified lifeguard and two assistants are needed to oversee the annual family winter swim program co-sponsored by the city and the Connellsville Area School District. Councilwoman Chris Wagner, director the public buildings and city parks department, said the six-week program will be held each Wednesday from Jan. 5 through March 9, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the high school.
