Marvin Jerome Frank, 79, of Oregon House, Calif., born in Uniontown, Pa., passed away Sunday, Dec. 12, 2004, at Rideout Hospital. He was one of the owners of Tri-State Drug Company, of Uniontown, Pa., and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh.

Surviving are two sons, Kenneth Frank of Oregon House, Calif., and Robert S. Frank of San Rafael, Calif.; a daughter, Linda Frank of Richmond, Calif.; and two grandchildren.
