Helen Flock Fornick Zavilinsky, age 91, of Republic, Pa., passed away Tuesday, December 21, 2004, in the home of her daughter, Martha Medved, with whom she had made her home. Friends will be received in the ROBERT T. KISH FUNERAL HOME INC., Legion Street, Republic, Pa., today until 9:30 a.m. when a Prayer Service will be held.
A Funeral Mass follows at 10 a.m. in Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, Republic, with the Rev. Father Stephen Bugay as Celebrant. Interment will be in Holy Rosary Cemetery.
Visitation was also held Wednesday from Noon to 9 p.m. Parish Wake Service was held Wednesday at 8 p.m.
