Judith Ann Poletz Weasenforth
Judith Ann Poletz Weasenforth, 58, of Uniontown, Pa., died Saturday, May 1, 2004 at her residence.
She was born April 12, 1946 in Uniontown, Pa.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Thomas and Betty (Carlton) Poletz, and her husband, Richard Weasenforth.
Surviving are four children: Linda Lewis and her husband Bruce, Robin Ream and her husband Albert, Shelly Sholtis and her husband Ben, and Jennifer Weasenforth all of Uniontown, Pa.; and four grandchildren: Josh, Kendall, Andrew and Richard.
Funeral Services are under direction of the JEROME W. SHELL FUNERAL HOME, 164 South Mount Vernon Avenue, Uniontown, Pa., and will be private.
