Rose M. Parshall, 68, of Fairhope, Belle Vernon, Pa., died Tuesday, May 4, 2004, in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. She was a 1953 graduate of Belmar High School. Rose was retired from Central Tax Bureau as a Regional Manager and served on their Board of Directors.

Surviving are two loving sons, Kelly Parshall and wife, Debbie and granddaughter, Bailey and Kurt Parshall and wife, Linda and granddaughter, Paige, all of Belle Vernon; one uncle, Joseph and wife, Caroline Chubon of Belleview, Fla.; one aunt, Betty Chubon of St. Mary’s, Pa.; one brother-in-law, William and wife, Mary Parshall of Virginia; one sister-in-law, Catherine and husband, Arthur Balieu of Stockdale; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Eley-McCrory Funeral Home Inc., 334 Main St., Fayette City, Pa., on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m., on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and Saturday, May 8, 2004, until 8:30 a.m., when a blessing service will take place.
