An Allegheny Power spokesman said a power outage that affected 160 customers in the Gates, Edenborn and Adah areas at 9:53 a.m. Thursday was caused when “one line got into another line.” He said power was restored an hour and a half later to most af fected customers, while others were without power until 1:30 p.m. He noted that the report on the outage did not indicate the exact cause of the incident, although he said that type of occurrence can happen when lines cross or a during a vehicle accident.
