Phelan-Basso
Elizabeth Ann Phelan and Cristian Federico Basso, both of Eagle, Colo., will be married in a ceremony set for Oct. 22. The bride-elect is the daughter of Ronald and Janet Phelan of Bethelboro Road, Uniontown.
She is a graduate of Laurel Highlands High School and Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is an interior designer with Slifer Designs Inc.
Her fiance is the son of Dr. Alessandro and Judith Basso of Winchester, Va. He is a graduate of George School, Newtown, Pa.; Temple University and Harvard University in Cambridge, Mass. He is a landscape architecture with Colorado Land Art Studio.
