Helen M. Fortely Durko, 80, of Lexington, N.C., and formerly of Nemacolin, Pa., died at 7:30 a.m., on Tuesday, May 11, 2004, at the home of her daughter, Carol Sue Hall, in Lexington. Surviving are two daughters, Carol Sue Hall, with whom she made her home in Lexington, and Patricia Ann Drewniak and her husband, Randall of Fredericksburg, Va.; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Frank Miller of Stanton, Calif., and Charles Miller of Medina, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by the Yoskovich Funeral Home, 300 South Vine St., (Route 88), Carmichaels, Pa.
