Pansy A. (Savage) Ringer, 89, of Markleysburg, Pa., passed away Wednesday, May 12, 2004, in Kamp’s Personal Care Home, Markleysburg, peacefully with her family at her side. She was born April 8, 1915, at Gibbon Glade, daughter of the late Robert and Lillie Thomas Savage.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Clarence Ringer; a son, William Ringer; a daughter, Margaret Dennis; one sister, Mabel Dennis; and six brothers, Lester, Paul, Willard, Russell, Floyd and Earl Savage.

Surviving are her daughter, Judy Fisher of Markleysburg; 13 grandchildren, Jamie Frazee and husband, Rick of Addison, Shannon Fisher and wife, Dana of Crafton, Pa., Starla Beachy and husband, Michael of Addison, Shelly Fisher of Markleysburg, Kenneth Ringer and Cheryl of Smock, Allan Ringer of Markleysburg, Emily Ringer and Chuck of Uniontown, Dallas Ringer and wife, Mary of Farmington, B.J. Ringer and Bill of Uniontown, Donna Anderson and husband, Edie of Markleysburg, Barry Ringer and wife, Crystal of Markleysburg, Thomas Ringer and wife, Nancy of Bruceton Mills, and Nancy Savage and husband, Neil of Bruceton Mills; 24 great-grandchildren, Jenna, Julee, Ryan, Brittney, Shane, Karlee, Tyler, Taiten, Christy, Chad, Jarrod, Nick, Nate, Austin, Carissa, Taylor, Tommy, Joni, Robin, Renee, Mindy, Crystal, Cameron and Kayla; and three great great-grandchildren.

Pansy was a member of Union Chapel Church.

Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME OF FARMINGTON, on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and Saturday until 11 a.m., the hour of the service. Interment will follow in Bethel Memorial Cemetery.
