Anne Neill Ewing, age 77, of Hopwood, Pa., passed away Tuesday, May 18, 2004 in Kamp’s Personal Care Home, Markleysburg, Pa. She was born November 10, 1926 in Pittsburgh, Pa., daughter of Edward and Ethel (Lawson) Neill.

Anne was active for many years with the Girl Scouts of America.

She was predeceased by her husband, James A. “Mousie” Ewing on January 21, 2003, a son, Thomas Ewing, a brother, Ferd Neill, a sister, Agnes Neill Myles, and her parents.

Surviving are three children: Nancy A. Ewing and husband Dennis Warheit of Harpusville, New York, Tim Ewing and wife Robin of Markleysburg, Pa., and David Ewing and wife Joan of Uniontown, Pa.; eight grandchildren: Emily Warheit, Julian Warheit, Heather Ewing and Caitlin Ewing, Jessica Ewing and Amanda Ewing, Kris Ewing and Bryan Ewing.

Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, Hopwood, Pa., on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday, May 21, until 11 a.m., the hour of the Service with Rev. Roger Howard officiating.

Interment will follow in Mountain View Memorial Park, Brownfield, Pa.
